Chicken Workshop August 7th
Come join us for a 3 hour chicken butchering workshop. You will learn how to dispatch, scald and de feather the birds (dispatching is optional)
Then you will learn how to clean and package the birds.
Each student will process start to finish 4 birds each. You will then get to take home 2 birds.
Typical weight ranges 4-6 lbs with the option to buy additional birds at a discounted rate.
Each workshop is limited to 8 students.
Class starts at 11am and goes till roughly 2pm, and will be held at the ranch.
50% refund will be given if you cancel you spot in the workshop 7 days before the class. No refunds given after that date. 100% refund will be given if for any reason we are unable to hold the workshop on your given date.
